![]() ![]() I get the frustration the reps you spoke with likely have no idea why the delivery was late and have found that "weather" tends to be the softest acceptance from customers. If you can’t guarantee the shipments arrive on time, there’s no food to enjoy and it’s the opposite of “convenient” when you finish the workday and realize there’s no food to cook! Obviously, this is about good food but it’s combined with convenience. Even FedEx tracking (earlier today) showed the order in my state! So, 1st rep was good - 2nd rep made me angry, because it was all lame excuses instead of accountability. I know the orders originate in NJ and there were no weather issues in the Northeast that prevented delivery. I texted back on that because it’s ridiculous. She was clearly copying/pasting extensive pre written excuse text for shipping issues - including weather. The second agent was not as nice as the first. Once it didn’t arrive and the delivery information changed to “no scheduled delivery date” I contacted again. I spoke with two service reps, the first one was very apologetic, but at that time delivery was still showing that it was going to arrive today - but, just not in time for dinner.
